Rates

Registration rate

All rates are VAT 10% included and must be paid by all participants.

* Please have your membership number ready when registering on-line.
*Student will be asked to upload their 2024 – registration card during the registration process to benefit from the specific rate.  

Registration fees (R01, R02) include :
Access to the conference & exhibition
Proceedings of the conference
Coffee breaks and lunches for 2 days
Gala dinner

Registration fees (R03) include :
Access to the conference & exhibition
Proceedings of the conference
Coffee breaks and lunches for 2 days
Gala Dinner is not included in this rate R03.

One day Registration fees (R04) fees include: 
Access to the conference & exhibition of the selected day
Proceedings of the conference
Coffee breaks and lunch of the selected day
Gala Dinner is not included in this rate R04.

AUTHORS Registration policy

Authors : Important: Each presented paper must have at least one author nominative registration attached to it.
Each paper (oral or poster) has to be covered by a paying registration fee (R01, R02, R03 or R04).

Panels : each panel moderator and panelist has to register with a R01 or R04 rate.

Session chairs :  each session chair has to register with a R01 or R04 rate.

Registration & Cancellation policy

Registration by purchase order:

Registration by purchase order is possible for administration representatives. Send the purchase order by email to erts@see.asso.fr

Cancellation:

Written cancellation will be take into account if received before June 1^st.

After this date, all registrations will be considered final and the corresponding fees due in full. 
The organisers cannot be held responsible for cancellations made after this date as reimbursement will not be possible.
